Mission Statement GRC's mission is to broaden children's perspectives on life by providing them learning opportunities through educational and recreational summer program activities that the children would not otherwise have the opportunity and resources to attend.  In addition, GRC strives to combat and prevent juvenile delinquency by building character and a sense of self-worth in children.
